About Me
I received an MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. While in grad school, I also started my training at the Southern California Counseling Center, working with a diverse population with different of presenting problems like anxiety, depression, family trauma, relationship conflicts, grief/loss, and life transitions.

I work mainly in a Psychodynamic way. All of your experiences affect how you feel today and how you approach the world. Even experiences from childhood and adolescence might color how you see yourself, and relationships. In therapy, you will come to know different parts of who you are and discover what been at the heart of your turmoil. When you understand and process what’s going on for you, you’ll be more able to make changes that work for you.

I am an Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT 127807), currently available online and in-person at Agoura Hills on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays.
I am supervised by Dr. Steven Razo, Licensed Psychologist (PSY 31156).
